Collection, Condition and Preservation Assessment

Library and Archive Surveys provide a bespoke service up to and including full sampling, survey and report authoring. The surveys can include any artefact found in libraries, archives and museums and can be applied to all heritage collections whether public, private or commercial. We are available to provide support based on our wide ranging experience at any point in the collection condition survey and assessment process.

Examples of services;

1) a single survey database aligned to local requirements, remote support, data analysis and tailored report.

2) a single survey database aligned to local requirements, remote support, data analysis, tailored report and one day of onsite assistance from myself to identify survey sample and kick start the project.

3) a single survey database aligned to local requirements, remote support, data analysis, tailored report, one day of onsite assistance from myself to identify survey sample plus four days working alongside local staff to undertake the survey.

4) a single survey database aligned to local requirements, remote support, data analysis, tailored report, one day of onsite assistance from myself to identify survey sample plus two experience survey staff working onsite for four days to undertake the survey.

Additionally multiple surveys within an organisation can be planned and supported or undertaken on your behalf.
